2 eggs
1/2 cup gated parmesan
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Mix together, then add
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
lemon juice
pepper
Fold in 1 can tuna. Form into patties, then pat with flour/bread crumb mixture.
Fry in fry pan with olive oil until golden on the outside.
