2 to 3 chicken cups shredded chicken or turkey
Saute diced onion, celery, carrots
Season with salt, pepper, parsley, thyme, and 1 bay leaf
Add 2 cans of chicken broth and shredded chicken, bring to boil
Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes
Then add egg noodles and cook til tender.
(Remove bay leaf before serving)
