I call these Philly Cheese Steaks at my house, because they taste the same.
I buy deli roast beef.
Slice into small strips, then saute onions, green peppers, and add roast beef to the pan.
Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and worsteshire sauce, then simmer on low.
Butter hoagie rolls and broil in over until brown on top, then load with roast beef and cover with cheese,
I like to use provalone and pepper jack. Then back to the broiler for a minute to melt the cheeses.
Note: Mushrooms are also good with the pepper and onion saute.
